The City of Dublin asks residents who normally visit our city buildings for services to conduct their business online, over the phone or through the city’s GoDublin app. https://dublinohiousa.gov/godublin/
Taxpayers will not be able to receive assistance in person by the staff of Taxation until further notice. You can call the City Tax staff for assistance at 614.410.4460 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. –5 p.m. Meetings may be conducted virtually or via telephone.
The Justice Center lobby is open for service, but residents are encouraged to call 614.410.4800 ahead of time. Certain police reports may be filed online – https://dublinohiousa.gov/newsroom/dublin-police-department-now-taking-reports-online/
To provide public comments before Council meetings, go to https://dublinohiousa.gov/council/2020-dublin-city-council-meeting-schedule. Council meetings are live-streamed and public comment is available through the comment section under the live-stream on the City’s website.

Building permit activity can be conducted online at the links below. Counter staff are prepared to take your calls at 614.410.4670. If absolutely necessary, staff will meet in person by appointment only. Inspections will be scheduled online and by phone.
