This is a proposal for exterior modifications to a previously approved structure to eliminate an approximately 1000SF roof top amenity deck and associated structures for Building B3 in the Bridge Park development, located south east of the intersection of (future) Bridge Park Avenue and (future) Longshore Street. This is a request for review and approval of a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066.
