Case 16-070 – Amended Final Development Plan – 5675 Venture Drive
This is a proposal to replace a monument sign that was removed by right-of-way expansion for an existing medical office located within the Perimeter Center planned district, Subarea M, on the South side of Venture Drive approximately 500 feet Southeast of the intersection of Perimeter Drive and Venture Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an amended final development plan under the provisions of Code Section 153.053(E).
