This is a proposal for a Rezoning, Preliminary and Final Development Plan to allow for a 10,000-square foot office/ daycare center and associated site improvements in the Kendall Ridge Offices and Condos Planned Unit Development. The site is located northwest of the intersection of Avery Road and Tuswell Drive. This is a request for review and approval for a Rezoning, Preliminary and Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.053.
