This is a proposal for a Rezoning, Preliminary and Final Development Plan to allow for a 10,000-square foot office/ daycare center and associated site improvements in the Kendall Ridge Offices and Condos Planned Unit Development. The site is located northwest of the intersection of Avery Road and Tuswell Drive.
