This is a proposal to replace two monument signs for an existing Shell Service Station located within the Perimeter Center Planned District, Subarea E. The site is located on the west side of Perimeter Loop Road, southeast of the intersection with Avery-Muirfield Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.053(E).
