Case 17-059 – Concept Plan/Rezoning/Preliminary Development Plan/Final Development Plan – 5175 Emerald Parkway
This is a proposal to amend the McKitrick Planned Unit Development text to include a variety of educational activities as permitted uses with the existing permitted office use. The 10.71-acre site is located south of Emerald Parkway, approximately 600 feet east of the intersection with Coffman Road. This is a request for review and approval for a Concept Plan, Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan, and a Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.053.
