The 1.67-acre site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District, Waterford Village and is located on the North side of Metro Place North, approximately 450 feet west of the intersection with Upper Metro Place. This is a request for review and approval of a Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.053(E).
