This is a proposal for the construction of a new 41,000-square-foot library and associated site improvements located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North High Street and North Street. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
