Case 17-085 – Minor Project Review/Conditional Use – 3890 Tuller Road
This is a proposal for an addition consisting of three new car detail bays and one new drive-through car wash, replacing existing functions that are currently housed on the property. The 4.57-acre site is zoned BSD-SCN, Bridge Street District Sawmill Center Neighborhood. The site is located on the north side of Tuller Road, approximately 750 feet north of the intersection with Dublin Center Drive. This is a request for review and approval for a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Code Section §153.066 and review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Code Section §153.236.
