This is a proposal for the use of outdoor speakers in an existing patio and exterior entrance space for a 6,000-square-foot restaurant in the Bridge Park Development. The site is located west of Riverside Drive, approximately 150 feet northeast of the intersection with Bridge Park Avenue. This is a request for review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.236.
