Case 17-122 – Conditional Use – Shier Rings Road
This is a proposal for a new 24,000 square-foot building and associated site improvements to be used as an indoor recreation facility, a conditional use within Technology Flex (TF) District on a 2.29 – acre vacant lot. The site is located on the south side of Shier Rings Road, east of Emerald Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a Conditional Use application under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.236.
