This is a proposal to replace the existing cedar shake shingles with replica asphalt shake shingles on an existing restaurant zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District, Perimeter Center, Subarea L. The site is located west of Perimeter Loop Road approximately 350-feet northwest of the intersection with Mercedes Drive. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.050.
