This is a proposal for a two-story, 15,000 square foot, office building for the Muirfield Golf Course. The site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District, Muirfield Village. The site is located north of Memorial Drive, approximately 450 feet northeast of the intersection with Kinross Court. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.050.
