This is a proposal for the demolition of an existing conference center and renovation of an existing, three-story 124,000-square-foot hotel. The site is west of Metro Place North, approximately 900 feet west of the intersection with Upper Metro Place and zoned Planned Unit Development District (Waterford Village). This is a request for a review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066.
