Case 22-001 – Preliminary Development Plan/Rezoning – 3865 Bright Road
Proposal for a preliminary development plan and rezoning of approximately 35-acres from R-1, Restricted Suburban Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. The development consists of a 230,000-square-foot, 30-bed inpatient hospital, ambulatory care facility, and medical office building. The site is located southwest of the roundabout of Bright Road and Sawmill Road. Review and approval of a Preliminary Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section §153.055 and recommendation of approval to City Council for a rezoning under the provisions of Zoning Code Section §153.232.
