Introduction and approval of the Community Plan, a vital policy document that guides development growth and infrastructure expansion based on the City’s strategic objectives and the community’s shared vision for the future. The Plan will provide policy direction for the next two decades and includes information including land use and development, housing and neighborhoods, community facilities and services, utility and infrastructure, natural resources and environment, fiscal health, transportation and mobility, special area plans, and implementation strategies.
