Historic District – Alternative Materials

This document is intended to supplement the Historic Design Guidelines and serve as a guide for property owners, staff, and the Board regarding the appropriate choice of alternative building materials within the Historic District and Appendix G properties. Alternative materials refers to the use of a non-traditional, synthetic material in place of an original material or modern materials used on new construction.
