Sunday, June 14, is Flag Day – a time when Americans reaffirm their belief in liberty and justice for all. For those of you who’d like to fly your flag in observance, here are some flag etiquette tips from the American legion.
Show Your American Spirit and create a flag for your home:
- Step #1: Use any medium (Chalk on your sidewalk, watercolor on paper, markers on a poster) to create an image of the American flag.
- Step #2: Take a picture of your artwork and post using #DublinAmericanSpirit during the week of June 8, 2020.
- Step #3: Display paper flags in your window.
