This is a proposal for demolition of a previous 1.5-story building addition, an attached garage, and two detached garages. The site is located on the south side of Rings Road, approximately 400 feet west of the intersection with Wilcox Road. This is a request and approval of an Architectural Review Board Application for the designated property located outside of the Historic District and under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.170, Appendix G.
