Installation of a new antenna mount of four new antennas to an existing tower, and installation of ground equipment inside an existing fenced compound. The 65.25-acre site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District, Northeast Quad and is located north of Hard Road, approximately 750-feet west of the intersection with Emerald Parkway. Review and recommendation of approval to the Administrative Review Team for a Wireless Communications Facility under the provisions of Chapter 99 of the Code of Ordinances.
