The 0.28-acre site is zoned Suburban Residential District located west of Old Prose Court, ±150 feet northwest of the intersection with Fitzgerald Road. Request for review and approval of a Non-Use (Area) Variance under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.231(H).
