This is a proposal for a wall sign approximately 40-square-feet in size at an existing office building along I-270. The 5.25-acre site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development District – I-270/Tuttle Road, Subarea A. The site is located west of Parkcenter Circle, approximately 1,200 feet west of the intersection with Blazer Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.150.
