Case 19-080 – Preliminary Plat – 6600 Shier Rings Road
A Preliminary Plat for the provision of right-of-way for University Boulevard to extend from Shier-Rings Road west to intersect with Eiterman Road and the creation of an approximately 34-acre parcel for future development of a medical center (Case 19-055). The site is north of Shier Rings Road and west of the intersection with Avery Road. This is a request for a review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Preliminary Plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
