The Asset Management team is responsible to evaluate the condition of the infrastructure assets in the city (sidewalks, roads, bridges, bike paths, etc.) through scheduled inspection cycles as well as determine what work needs done and when in order to keep all assets in good condition. The team includes a crew of maintenance workers that respond to service requests to efficiently address resident concerns and requests.

The Quality Assurance team monitors the status of service requests and work orders in the Operations Department to ensure all work is handled efficiently and effectively as per our established goals using dashboarding and reporting tools to help drive innovation.
