(DUBLIN, Ohio) A former jewelry store owner now admits to stealing from his customers. Charles “Mike” Hush pleaded guilty to one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and five counts of theft.
Dublin Police arrested Hush in April 2018 following an investigation into The Jewelry Refinery, a former downtown Dublin business that closed in 2016. Multiple victims told police Hush took their jewelry on consignment and failed to pay them the proceeds or return their jewelry.
Sentencing is scheduled for October 18, 2018, in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

(DUBLIN, Ohio) The Dublin Police Department arrested Charles “Mike” Hush Monday afternoon. Hush was taken into custody and transported to the Franklin County Jail without incident.
Last week, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Hush on Theft and Engaging In Corrupt Activity charges following an investigation that began in 2016.
A mugshot of Mr. Hush will be available from the Franklin County Jail once he is processed later today.

(DUBLIN, Ohio) A Dublin Police investigation ended with a Franklin County Grand jury indictment of a former Dublin business owner.
On April 17, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Charles “Mike” Hush, 64, on 36 counts of Theft and one count of Engaging in Corrupt Activity as a result of an investigation that began in 2016.
Dublin Police began looking into theft accusations involving The Jewelry Refinery, a business formerly located in downtown Dublin.
Multiple victims told police Hush took their jewelry on consignment, and either failed to pay them the proceeds from the sale or would not return their jewelry. The Jewelry Refinery went out of business in 2016.
