John Shields Parkway eastbound reopened Friday, September 27, 2019, after a six-week closure for nearby development work. The City thanks drivers for their patience during the closure.
John Shields Parkway opened in phases in 2016 and 2017 as part of the Bridge Street District street network. The roadway stretches from Riverside Drive to Village Parkway providing another option for vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic.
