Case 19-073 – Master Sign Plan – 113-115 S. High Street
This application is a proposal for the installation of four new signs for one parcel that contains two, existing, multi-tenant buildings. The 0.25-acre site is west of S. High Street, approximately 100 feet south of the intersection with Pinneyhill Lane, which is zoned Bridge Street District South. This is a request for a review and approval for amendments to a Master Sign Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.066(H) and 153.066, and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
