The approved 2022 Operating Budget is the result of a collaborative dialogue between City Council and the City’s Administration with the intent to provide an environment in which our residents and businesses can thrive. This budget was developed in accordance with the City Charter, the annual budget calendar, and the financial management policies and guidelines of the City. This operating budget represents an effort to balance the current and future City priorities, needs, and initiatives, against projected available resources.
