(DUBLIN, Ohio) A Dublin Police investigation ended with a Franklin County Grand jury indictment of a former Dublin business owner.
On April 17, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Charles “Mike” Hush, 64, on 36 counts of Theft and one count of Engaging in Corrupt Activity as a result of an investigation that began in 2016.
Dublin Police began looking into theft accusations involving The Jewelry Refinery, a business formerly located in downtown Dublin.
Multiple victims told police Hush took their jewelry on consignment, and either failed to pay them the proceeds from the sale or would not return their jewelry. The Jewelry Refinery went out of business in 2016.
