(Dublin, OH) The Dublin Police Department will host a Recruitment Day on Saturday, January 13, 2018.
The 90-minute event will include a brief introduction to the department and provide more information about the application process, test registration, background investigation, salary and benefits and opportunities within the department.

The department is currently accepting applications. Anyone interested in applying should visit JoinDPD.org to fill out an application. Applicants must also take a written examination that will be administered at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Dublin Scioto High School, 4000 Hard Rd., Dublin, Ohio 43016. Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. Applicants must fill out the online application to take the test. Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2018.
Candidates must score at least an 80% on the written examination to move forward in the selection process, but a passing score does not guarantee that a candidate will move forward. Candidates who score in at least the top 30 places on the written examination will participate in the structured panel interview phase of the process.
No prior law enforcement experience is necessary. If you are interested in pursuing a career with the Dublin Police Department, follow these steps:

- Fill out the job application online at JoinDPD.org before January 21, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. (mandatory)
- Attend written examination on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. (mandatory)
