(Dublin, Ohio) – The Northwest Regional Emergency Communications Center (NRECC) is announcing a new communication tool that will allow individuals and families to sign up online to provide key information to 9-1-1 dispatchers during an emergency.
Smart911 is now offered to residents and visitors in Dublin, Hilliard and Upper Arlington starting with a kickoff event on Thursday, September 19. This technology will put vital information that can help improve incident outcomes into the hands of first responders anytime you call 9-1-1 in these communities.
