Case 17-091 – Administrative Request
This is a proposal for an update to the West Innovation Area Plan that proposes future land use recommendations in the western portion of the city. This area is a key portion of the city’s business districts that proposes office, research, laboratory, and clean manufacturing uses. The plan evaluated approximately 1,000 acres between Avery Road, Houchard Road, Shier-Rings Road, and State Route 161 / Post Road. This is a request for review and recommendation to City Council for proposed amendments to the Community Plan for the West Innovation Area Plan, under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.234.
