This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Rezoning with Preliminary Development Plan of a 34-acre site for the potential development of a medical office building and an ambulatory care center (Phase I) and a potential future hospital (Phase II). The site is on the north side of Shier Rings Road, east of Eiterman Road, west of Avery Road, and south of US 33 and was recently rezoned to a Planned Unit Development District.
