This is a proposal for two one-story, 20,000-square-foot indoor entertainment and recreational use facilities for an approximately 2-acre parcel and a 2.88-acre parcel, in the West Innovation District zoned Research Flex District. This site is located south of Dublin Plain-City Road, approximately 750 feet west of the intersection with Cosgray Road. This is a request for review and approval for a Development Plan Review under the provisions of Code Section 153.042(D).
