Schedule a Ride Along
Anyone 18 years or older who passes a criminal background check can ride along with a Dublin Police officer during a routine patrol. A ride along offers the public a way to experience the duties and responsibilities of a Dublin Police officer while serving the community. Riders will be strictly limited to observation.
People may only ride with a Dublin Police officer once every six months. A four-day notice to the Dublin Police must be given before the department can schedule a ride along.
