This is a proposal for a five-story, 64,000 square foot hotel with 105 guest rooms aqnd associated site improvements. The 4.24 acre site is zoned BSD-C, Bridge Street District Commercial. The site is located on the south side of Upper Metro Place, approximately 550 feet west of the intersection with Frantz Road.
This is a request for review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Code Section 153.236; review and approval of a Site Plan Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066; review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Preliminary Plat and a Final Plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
