This is a proposal for the demolition of an existing 960 sq. ft. detached concrete block garage, with an addition to the rear of the home. The approximately 1,024 sq. ft. addition will include a second-story addition over an existing portion of the home, a first-floor mud room, and a 3-car garage with finished space above. The 0.25-acre site is zoned BSD-HR, Bridge Street District Historic Residential. The site is located on South Riverview Street, northwest of the intersection with Eberly Hill Lane. This is a request for review and approval of a demolition and approval of a demolition and minor project review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066, 153.170, and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
